Must Movers started as a moving company and grew into the delivery and installation arm for medical equipment across British Columbia. Today most of what we carry is a hospital bed, a patient lift, a mobility scooter or a lift chair, and it is going into a room where someone needs it working that day. That changed how we work: every delivery ends with assembly, a function test and a walk-through, not a signature at the curb.
Our crews are trained on the equipment, not just the truck. They know how to get a bed through a narrow door, how to set the height for a caregiver, how to charge a scooter and set its controls, and how to protect a corridor in a care home while they do it. They show up on time, in uniform, and they take the packaging with them.
We deliver for medical equipment suppliers, dealers and manufacturers, including Must Medical (mustmedical.ca), Drive Medical, Mobb Medical and Maple Leaf Wheelchairs, and we deliver direct to hospitals, long-term care and assisted living, seniors residences, clinics and private homes across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. We also store and stage equipment when a site is not ready, and handle pickups, returns and swaps when it cycles back.

Tyler started MoveMates with one truck, a toolbox, and a mission: make moving less miserable. With over a decade of hands-on experience, he’s known for his expert packing skills, calm problem-solving, and an uncanny ability to maneuver furniture through tight doorways.
Mike L.
Customer Experience Manager
Mike is the friendly voice behind your quotes and questions. With a background in logistics and years of customer service experience, he ensures every move runs smoothly from first contact to final box. Off the clock, Mike enjoys classic car restoration and coaching his son’s baseball team.
Jordan P.
Senior Crew Lead
Jordan brings focus, strength, and a great attitude to every move. Known for his attention to detail and leadership on the job, he handles everything from fragile heirlooms to heavy office furniture with care. On weekends, you’ll find him fishing local lakes or spinning classic records at home.
